About Solved

A focused brokerage with a digital foundation.

Our story began in 2020 in the digital marketing and customer-acquisition space. Solved Financial Solutions (Pty) Ltd was incorporated in 2022 and developed into a focused financial services brokerage.

That foundation gives us a practical understanding of how people discover, understand and engage with financial products. Today, we combine digital distribution capability with hands-on insurance experience to connect clients and commercial partners with relevant protection solutions.

We are a broker and intermediary. We are not an insurer, underwriter or policy administrator.

We support individual, family, group, affinity and branded funeral insurance propositions where these fall within our licence and provider mandates. Product availability, benefits and eligibility depend on the relevant product provider.

We may work with different approved product providers. The relevant provider, product terms, premiums, benefits, exclusions and waiting periods are disclosed during the application process and in the policy documentation.
